Tracy Tirrell has always believed there's something special about the stories we share with children, especially the ones they ask to hear again and again.
A mom of two boys who have long since outgrown bedtime stories, Tracy never quite outgrew her love of telling them.
Inspired by the coastal beauty and wildlife of Marco Island, Florida, she created Drift & Wonder Books to bring imaginative characters, gentle life lessons, and a little bit of mischief to young readers.
Her first book, Ripple Finds the Sea, combines her love of storytelling with her commitment to protecting the natural places that inspire it.
When she's not dreaming up new characters, Tracy can usually be found enjoying life on the water or exploring the beautiful corner of Southwest Florida she calls home.
